Made exclusively for the The Kaleidoscope Project x Bergdorf Goodman pop-up shop.  The Tortuga Collection was inspired by the weathered shell of a tortoise and interpreted by skilled artisans from Santa Clara del Cobre.  Each organic shape in the turtle shell texture is hand-hammered to sit artistically next to its neighbors making every Tortuga piece unique. The realistic texture in Satin Brass metal is not only an eye-catching focal point but a tactile experience. The Tortuga Collection consists of 5 pieces a tray, bowl, cooler, ice bucket and cup or vase.

• This piece can be used as a functional work of art and as an ice bucket perfectly accommodates crushed, pebble, standard and oversized ice cubes.
• Features the tortoise shell inspired texture that can only be hand-hammered by a select group of artisans in Santa Clara del Cobre, Mexico
• Made with 14-gauge solid brass using ancient metalsmithing techniques that have been passed down for generations
• Designed as a double-wall vessel with a smooth 1/2″ rim to allow for the full depth of the tortoise shell texture on the exterior while ensuring the interior is also convenient and easy to clean.
• The satin brass finish is a living finish and will tarnish or patina developing an aged brass look but can easily be restored to its original lusted by cleaning with brass or copper cream.
• Cleaning & Care: wipe down with a damp soft cloth, no abrasive scrubs, to restore original luster use Wright’s Copper Cream
