The Luxury Bath: A long, hot bath is a remedy for everyday stress – and the freestanding tub by Thompson turns the bath into a luxurious retreat. The copper construction helps maintain water temperature. Paired with the Nuvo Frida vanity offers simple, yet striking beauty for the bath. (Photo credit, courtesy of KBIS)

The Copper Showstopper: Taking its inspiration from Thompson’ classic Nirvana sink for the bath, a newly designed, sleeker version made its KBIS debut. Shown in hand-hammered copper, the sink, which is a half inch of solid copper, feels substantial to the touch, weighing in at 45 pounds! It is made using traditional manufacturing techniques. As the copper form (chunk) is held in place, craftsmen walk in a circle hand-hammering the material into its unique and beautiful finished design.

Your Kitchen’s New Best Friend: The perfect addition to your kitchen? A smart and stylish prep sink! Thompson has designs in copper, nickel and now stainless steel. The company’s mastery of hand-hammering and finishing techniques translates well to durable, light-weight stainless steel. And while the material continues to reign supreme for kitchen appliances, Thompson continues to elevate its distinct shine even further with attention to craftsmanship.

A New, One-of-a-Kind Shine: Thompson’ craftsmen dedicate hours, days and sometimes weeks to create extraordinary pieces of art for the home. Their mastery of hand-hammering and finishing techniques translate seamlessly to durable and distinctive brass, further elevating the material’s one-of-a-kind shine. Shown here (left to right), the Lucca kitchen sink, Como prep sink and Starr bath sink. About Thompson
